What is the Knowledge Corridor?

The Knowledge Corridor is a cross-state region that includes western Massachusetts and Hartford, CT... a region bound by Interstate-91. Anyone standing on the MA-CT line at rush hour will witness the movement of workers, suppliers and customers that conduct business across-borders. Within its geography, the Knowledge Corridor includes 1.6 million people, 29 higher education institutions, over $180 million in sponsored research, a worldclass airport (Bradley International Airport) and other assets, making it an ideal location to locate or do business.

Its central location offers access to major markets.
